Dr Belinda Board – Founder & CEO

Dr Belinda Board is a world renowned psychologist and executive coach and holds a Ph.D. in workplace well-being and leadership behaviours. She has spent the last 20 years as a researcher, practitioner and educator in human behaviour. A significant strand of her work has been and continues to be in the field of sickness absence and workplace wellbeing. Belinda has developed significant expertise in evidence-based absence management strategies that deliver workplace well-being. Her research has been published in a variety of peer-reviewed journals and she is currently engaged on joint research projects investigating well-being in the workplace.

Heather Montoute – Senior Consulting Psychologist

Heather spent her early career working in the financial services, studying Economics. Subsequently she want on to study Behavioural Psychology, after coming to the realisation that the more senior she became, the more her success was down to her ability to lead and manage people rather than her underlying technical skills. She left financial services in 2002 to pursue a role as an independent consultant designing and providing leadership training, team building and facilitation, coaching and personal development.

As a senior consultant, Heather is a core member of the Workcare team and brings her extensive experience in financial and professional services, as well as her knowledge of industries including manufacturing, logistics, distribution, engineering, legal, travel and leisure as well as public sector and not for profit organisations.
